3D Laser Scanning:

A laser scanner emits a pulsed laser beam that rapidly sweeps across the target area. The time it takes for the pulse to hit an object and reflect back is measured, allowing the scanner to determine the distance to that point. This is repeated millions of times per second, creating a dense point cloud representing the scanned object's surface.

3D Modeling

The digital backbone of modern manufacturing. Using specialized software, engineers and designers create virtual representations of machines & parts.

3D Printing

3D printing revolutionizes the product development process, with 3D printing, designers & engineers can create tangible representations of their ideas directly from a digital file in a matter of hours. This rapid prototyping allows for quick iteration and testing, enabling designers to refine their concepts.

MAGMA Simulation Software

It is a software for simulation and optimization of casting designs and processes to prevent any faults during execution & guarantee the quality for finished products.

Casting

Casting process, a cornerstone of metalworking for millennia, transforms molten metal into intricate shapes.

Quality Control

Ensuring the quality of metals is crucial throughout the entire process, from raw materials to finished products. Here ‘re the key elements in our quality control process:

  • Material Inspection
  • Mechanical Testing
  • Dimensional Inspection
  • Surface Inspection

MACHINING METHODS

Our production processes depend on 3 machining methods as follows:

Dynamic Balance

  • Dynamic Balance: Using sensors like accelerometers or gyroscopes, that would detect any vibrations or wobbles caused by an unbalanced rotating elements.

  • Based on the data collected, a control system would determine the location and amount of unbalance on the propeller or impeller and treat them to provide high performance quality for each piece.

Packaging & Delivery

Securely packaging goes beyond just slapping a box on it. To ensure their well-being, the packaging should be tailored to its journey. This involve using:

  • Right-sized crates: Preventing excessive movement and potential damage.
  • Shock-absorbing cushioning: Protecting from impacts during transport.
  • Proper strapping and securing: Preventing shifting and falls during handling.
