CONTINUOUS CASTING

Continuous casting is a revolutionary process that streamlines metal production. Unlike traditional methods that poured molten metal into individual molds, continuous casting creates a near-endless "strand" of semi-finished metal. We provide continuous casting with various sizes and bronze and copper alloys in the Egyptian market:

Max diameter:140mm
Standard Length: 3.050mm

CENTRIFUGAL CASTING

In this process, a heated mold is rapidly rotated on its axis. Molten metal is then poured into the mold while it spins. The centrifugal force, much stronger than gravity, flings the liquid metal outwards, pressing it firmly against the mold walls. As the metal cools and solidifies, it takes the shape of the mold's cavity.
This technique leads to a finer grain structure. This finer grain size improves the overall properties of the material, including a more uniform balance between toughness and ductility

We provide Centrifugal casting with various sizes and bronze and copper alloys in the Egyptian market:

Max diameter: 380 mm
Standard Length: 600 mm

SAND CASTING

Sand casting brings molten metal to life. A wood or metal pattern or even any material create a cavity in packed sand. liquid metal fills the mold, solidifies. The sand breaks away, revealing the cast metal form. This versatile process tackles everything from small gears and bearings to marine and industrial parts
